Algerian-American Foundation for Culture and Education, Science and Technology (AAF-CEST), in order to promote exchanges and collaboration between the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), a federal agency under the US Department of Commerce, with a mission to promote innovation and industrial competitiveness by advancing the science of measures, names and technology in order to improve economic security and quality of life in the United States, and a similar Algerian institution.
